Our comprehensive training course bridges the gap between physical education and adult training, helping you implement exercise into your lifestyle and ingrain good habits early on.
WHO WITH?
With over 4 years of personal training, an active sports massage therapist, over 15 years of sports participation and 5 years teaching in the education system, our senior coach is uniquely qualified to guide you on this journey and designed a course that's just right for you
HOW IT WORKS
Our course runs over a full academic year. During terms one, three and five sessions will be provided at the gym. We'll have a weekly practical session to learn movement patterns and improve your knowledge and understanding of exercise. During terms outside of the gym, a crib sheet will be available to continue your development offsite so you’ll receive guidance for the entire year.

Our course begins with in-person, small group training sessions where you'll understand fundamental movement patterns, exercise protocols, and the importance of strength training on physical and mental health. You'll learn how to navigate the gym environment, read programming, understand training methods and structures, and learn about progression and plateaus."

Next, you'll start demonstrating good movement form with our best-in-class equipment and immediate implementation of what you've learned. You'll receive personalised coaching, hands-on experience, and immediate feedback to ensure you're on the right track.

We’re currently only looking at teens of 14-16 as this is the age range we’ve designed the course for. If you’re still interested and are unfortunately not 14-16, please complete our contact form, as we may add something for other ages very soon.

Wednesday evenings @ 7 pm for 50 mins.

All sessions will occur at our leading SweatIT CLUB in Lye Green, Crowborough.

No experience is needed to part take on this course. Wherever everyone may think they are, the course will be tailored to ensure everyone is challenged and supported at every session.

Starting Wednesday 17th April
for 6 weeks until Wednesday 22nd May.

Yes, intakes will be limited to 15 to ensure we can provide the best possible environment to everyone on the course.
